Fixed Fees

We understand the need for transparency in relation to legal fees.  For that reason we are pleased to offer competitive fixed fees in relation to the wide area of legal services we provide.

A fixed fee means that you have complete certainty in relation to the amount you pay.  A fixed fee can be used for anything from an initial interview or to fund your whole case.

Family

We are able to offer fixed fees in relation to all areas of family law.

We offer a fixed fee interview, of up to an hour, to provide you with advice on any area of family law and confirmation of advice in writing for £100 + VAT making a total of £120.

Divorce

Petitioner; Initial interview, drafting a petition, applying for Decree Nisi and subsequently Decree Absolute

£299 + VAT total £358.80.

(Court fee of £410 also payable,
a fee remission may be  available)

Respondent; Initial interview and completion of Acknowledgement  of Service

£100 + VAT total £120

Children

Preparing the paperwork for you   to issue an application at Court, including the initial interview

£150 + VAT total £180

Preparing the paperwork for you  to issue an application at Court, service of the proceedings on the  Respondent, completing the statement of service and initial interview

£200 + VAT total £240

(A Court fee may also be  payable.
Please note this does not  cover
any process service disbursements)

Attending an initial Court hearing regarding children proceedings

£195 + VAT total £234

Preparing an emergency application to the Court for a Residence/Prohibited Steps/Specific Issue Order, arranging personal service of proceedings and attendance at any return hearing

£600 + VAT total £720

(Court fee of £215 will also be payable.
Please note this does not include
any process service disbursements)

Attending subsequent review hearings

£250 + VAT total £300

Emergency Injunctions

Preparing an emergency  application to the Court for a Non-Molestation Order and/or Occupation Order, arranging personal service of proceedings and attendance at any return   hearing

£600 + VAT total £720

(Court fee of £75 will also be payable.

Financial Relief

We are able to represent you at all financial relief hearings and prepare preliminary documents including Form E’s, Questionnaires, Chronology, and Statement of Issues if Court proceedings have been issued.  We are also able to issue proceedings on your behalf.  For a tailored quote specific to your personal circumstances please contact us.We can draft a clean break Consent Order where there are no assets involved to prevent future claims being made at a price of £100 + VAT, totalling £120.

We can assist you in reaching an agreement in relation to financial matters without the issue of Court proceedings and prepare a Consent Order recording the agreement reached.  Please contact us for a tailored quote.
